5 X 600m³ LPG tank installation

We went onsite to visit our client’s construction site, eager to witness the final stages of the 3000m3 LPG depot’s completion.

The focus of our visit centered on the delivery and assembly of the last 5/5 600m3 tank. Divided into two sections for transport, we had the privilege of observing the precise and intricate welding process that seamlessly joined these parts together.

Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipes « FP-Flex » for biogas applications

At CGH Group we have reinforced thermoplastic pipes « FP-Flex » for the transportation of (bio)methane gas. 

In biogas applications most often an « FP-Flex » pipe is installed in a continous run between the cleaning and filtering equipment – after the anaerobic digestion silos – and the intermediate compressor. The configuration of CGH’s reinforced thermoplastic pipe for this purpose = DN48 – Pmax 35 bar.

After that, another configuration of « FP-Flex » pipe is installed to inject the cleaned gas further into the grid. The configuration of CGH’s reinforced thermoplastic pipe for this purpose = DN 25 – Pmax 80 bar.  

Our French distributor FPS performed the first succesfull project in France (Picardie).

Speed chassis as a revolutionary foundation frame designed to save time and money

A Speed chassis is a revolutionary foundation frame designed to save you time and money while ensuring safety during the tank setting process.

With a SPEED CHASSIS, your tank is delivered to the construction site on a steel foundation frame and tied together with bands in the CGH factory. Onsite, the frame is embedded in concrete to form a foundation block, on which the tank is set. This innovative design means that you can save on foundation costs, reduce construction time and ensure safety during the tank setting process.

Additionally at CGH Group, we specialize in the production of speed chassis for several tank diameters. That is why we have dedicated a hall specifically for the production of manways and other accessory steel equipment for storage tanks for other tank manufacturers.

Tanks to store glycerin and liquid substances

CGH Group manufactures various types of tanks for industrial purposes. These include tanks for glycerin.

Our standard products have a capacity of 30 m3 and a diameter of 2200 mm. We manufacture them out of S235 steel in accordance with norm EN 12285-1. In addition, they are insulated with PUR spray foam. The tanks are pressureless and operate at a temperature of -20°C / +50°C.

Tanks to store polyols and isocyanates

CGH Group manufactures various types of tanks for industrial purposes. These include tanks for polyols and isocyanates.

The tanks we recently offered customers for polyols and isocyanates have a diameter of 2900 mm and a capacity of 55 m3. They were single wall above-ground made from S235 steel according to the AD2000 norm and operate at a temperature of +10°C/+35°C.
