5 X 600m³ LPG tank installation
We went onsite to visit our client’s construction site, eager to witness the final stages of the 3000m3 LPG depot’s completion.
The focus of our visit centered on the delivery and assembly of the last 5/5 600m3 tank. Divided into two sections for transport, we had the privilege of observing the precise and intricate welding process that seamlessly joined these parts together.

Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipes “FP-Flex” for biogas applications
At CGH Group we have reinforced thermoplastic pipes “FP-Flex” for the transportation of (bio)methane gas.
In biogas applications most often an “FP-Flex” pipe is installed in a continous run between the cleaning and filtering equipment – after the anaerobic digestion silos – and the intermediate compressor. The configuration of CGH’s reinforced thermoplastic pipe for this purpose = DN48 – Pmax 35 bar.
After that, another configuration of “FP-Flex” pipe is installed to inject the cleaned gas further into the grid. The configuration of CGH’s reinforced thermoplastic pipe for this purpose = DN 25 – Pmax 80 bar.
Our French distributor FPS performed the first succesfull project in France (Picardie).

At CGH Group we create LPG tanks made of carbon steel in capacities from 9.1m3 to 250m3. Tanks are available in underground, mounded and aboveground versions.

CGH Group offers top-notch aviation fuel tanks dedicated for the aviation industry. We specialize in producing aboveground double-wall tanks made of S235 steel, which are designed to meet the strict standards set by the EN12285-2 norm.

Typical aviation tanks have a volume of 100 m3 with a diameter of 2900 mm, work within a temperature range of -20°C to +50°C and store aviation fuel JET A1.These tanks are designed to work at a maximum operating pressure of 0.5 bar and are equipped with ladders and platforms, making them easily accessible for maintenance and inspection. |
In addition to the tank’s structural design, the piping system is made of 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and long equipment lifetime.
